In comparison to other cooling techniques for conservatories window film tints are by far the most cost effective. It is far cheaper to install than air conditioning - and, if used alongside air conditioning would greatly reduce the air conditioning running costs. Also, it is virtually maintenance free; your windows would need to be cleaned but only as often as they already do. When compared to window blinds, again the cost is minimal and the effects are greater, and without the maintenance needed for window blinds.
